About 2" of title leaf's foremargin is cut to the surrounding printed border [no text or border loss]. Toned, some spotting, Good+. The Almanac was advertised in the Boston Independent Chronicle on October 11, 1781. It contains "Five Reasons for Drinking." It also has a satire on lawyers and litigation, entitled, "An Emblem of a Law Case." It prints "Mr. Boyle's Remedy for the Dysentery or Bloody Flux" and "A Cure for the Cramp." Roads and distances to and from Boston, with names of innkeepers are included. FIRST EDITION. Evans 17202. Drake 3307. Guerra b-477.
