The Almanac was advertised in the Boston Independent Chronicle on October 11, 1781. It contains "Five Reasons for Drinking." It also has a satire on lawyers and litigation, entitled, "An Emblem of a Law Case." It prints "Mr. Boyle's Remedy for the Dysentery or Bloody Flux" and "A Cure for the Cramp."
