At head of title page: "Grand Commandery of Vermont." Good. This pamphlet lists the participants and their doings, which seem generally to involve being "called from labor to refreshment." John McClelland was Grand Commander. Correspondence concerning the Grand Encampment says that affair was "the first National organization that has met since the strife has passed...to sow the seeds of concord." FIRST EDITION.
