Greeley's New York printing, doubling as a pro-Fremont campaign pamphlet, of this Congressional report exposing in detail the illegal conduct of the pro-slavery faction-- the "Missouri invaders"-- and asserting the legitimacy of the Free-State faction. The pamphlet includes a printing of the "Border Ruffian Laws in Kansas," a slave code for this formerly unsullied territory. Sabin 37092. Not in Eberstadt, Decker, Graff, Soliday.
