Light uniform tanning, minor foxing. Very Good. The last page contains the Tariff for the pilots of the port. Signed in type by Ernest Courtin, Montevideo, June 20, 1876. "Masters of vessel having coloured persons on board are to give an exact account of them whether they be included in the Muster Roll or not and to point out such as are slaves..."
