Three acts of Congress are published: to establish a pontoon railway-bridge across the Mississippi River at Prairie due Chien, and a similar bridge at or near Clinton, Iowa; to reduce the area of the military reservation of Fort Sanders; and to grant a condemned cannon to Prescott Post No. One for erection of a monument at Providence.
