Pennsylvania Chronicle:

THE PENNSYLVANIA CHRONICLE, &C. EXTRAORDINARY. WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 1768. [VOL. II.] [Philadelphia: Printed by William Goddard. 1768].

1768 Large folio sheet, folded, 313-316pp [as issued]. Untrimmed, printed in triple columns. Very Good. The paper, owned by William Goddard, prints, from the London Chronicle: "Queries recommended to the consideration of those Gentlemen who are for vigorous measures with the Americans." It includes an extract of a letter from a gentleman in New York: "Letters have been received in Town from New-Hampshire, Boston, Rhode-Island, and Connecticut, which advise, that the Inhabitants are filled with Rage and Indignation at the villainous Proceedings of the British Ministry to oppress his Majesty's loyal Subjects on this Continent, and bring them into base and mean Compliances; and that they are determined, in general, to assist one another, when it shall become necessary, in Defence of their just and constitutional Rights and Privileges, at all Events; and hope that the southern Colonies will have more Virtue and Spirit than to be tame Spectatores of the Ruin of their Country..."
