An attack on Articles in the new Spanish constitution, which Ferdinand VII was forced to accept in 1820, concerning the representation of Spanish colonies in the Congress. This is a Mexican reprint of the Madrid, Arjona edition of 1820. Quite scarce, NUC recording only two copies.
