This pamphlet offers many examples of his patriotic War efforts and his benevolence. It offers "$1,000 Reward!" for proof that he has accepted any money in exchange for his services in behalf of the Union and New Jersey soldiers. DAB sketches the life of Ward, who won this election handily.
