St. Paul: 1867. 36, 4, [8 adv.] pp. Disbound, else Very Good.
An evidently unrecorded variant of this title, first printed in 1867, and then in 1868 and 1869. Only the 'Special Notice' on page 36 indicates that this is not the first edition. Four pages at the end are titled 'A Word of Advice to the Emigrant,' not noted by Howes, Sabin, Eberstadt, or OCLC.
The eight advertising pages that follow 'A Word of Advice...' feature several railroads [Southern Minnesota, the Minnesota Central, the Lake Superior & Mississippi, the Minnesota Valley, the Milwaukee and Saint Paul, the Milwaukee and Prairie du Chien, the Winona and St. Peter] and the "splendid steamers" of the North Western Union Packet Co.
