Boston: [1849]. Oblong 13 1/2" x 10 3/4", in original printed title wrappers [rear wrap detached but present]. Four leaves of plates, each protected by a tissue guard. Some soiling and mold spots to wrappers and plates. Thus, Good only.

Thirty-six cartoons on four plates, each printed on the rectos only, caricaturing a variety of cultural themes: religion, temperance, and an entire series devoted to women's rights. OCLC locates only the copy at California State Library, but it is not uncommon in the marketplace.
