The Committee's work is informed by Treasury Secretary Oliver Wolcott's "detailed estimate of the revenue and expenditure of the existing year," reported here in Table No. III at pages 9-18. He also provides "a statement of the loans made by the Bank of the United States, exhibiting the sums remaining unpaid."
