MY DEAR COUSIN I HAVE HAD SOME CORRESPONDENCE WITH A GENTLEMAN IN NEW YORK, WHO, I THINK, IS A FRIEND OF YOURS IN REGARD TO THE LIFE OF COL. ISAAC SHERMAN, WHICH HE IS PREPARING.
