At the head of the broadside is a hand-colored illustration of the Capitol Building with several people walking on its grounds. Two short advertisements for songs and ballads by the publisher printed beneath song. Small glue remnants on the verso at each of the four corners where it may have once been matted. Two light horizontal folds with short closed tear at end of one [no text loss], else Very Good.
