Good+, in modern cloth with gilt-lettered [and slightly chipped] morocco spine label.

This volume includes an early printing of Missouri's 1820 Constitution, and one of the earliest printings of its Amendments, ratified on the first Tuesday of November 1822. Among the more interesting enactments of this Session were a law for "suppression of the barbarous custom of duelling", and the establishment of slave patrols.
