Compiled from Official Sources, under the Direction of The Editor of the 'American Railway Guide' " [map inset at bottom right corner, 'City of New York']. Map has occasional short closed margin tears, a few very small holes at fold intersection, light toning. Pamphlet stitched in original printed and illustrated wrappers [wrappers faded, hinges starting, some extremity chipping, early tape repairs]. Good+ [but for the wrapper wear, condition would be Very Good].
