OCLC collates only 64 pages; ours, apparently like the Bartlett copy, prints pages 65 until the errata, the 'Report of the Western Sanitary Commission, July 1st, 1862,' with detailed tables accounting for the distribution of articles by the Commission to the various area hospitals.
