C.C. Pinckney, Peter J. Shand, Paul Trapier sign the Committee report in type at the end. They chronicle the "fierce tornado which swept over our State from its south-western to its north-eastern borders, leaving the ashes of cities, and villages, and Churches, and homesteads to mark its desolating track." The Report describes the disastrous effects of the War on each of the Churches in the Diocese.
