Lomazow calls this "Another of the 'knowledge magazines'." The rear wrapper advertises Parley's Magazine, also published by Lilly, Wait & Co. The illustrations depict wild dogs, zebras, "wild cattle," Indians, "Mountain Travelling in South America," "The Dragon - Tree of Orotava," Elephants, West Front of Antwerp Chapel, birds, beetles, Napoleon's Tomb, etc., etc. All relating to the printed material.
According to Sabin, Volume I ended on March 8, 1834. Two additional volumes were published, concluding in 1836.
